It’s been quite a month for the Barone Pizzini-Pievalta group.
Beyond recent accolades for Pievalta’s flagship Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi San Paolo, the winery group also received the Italian Sommelier Association Bibenda Five Bunches (the organization’s top award) for the Barone Pizzini Franciacorta Pas Dosé Bagnadore Riserva 2006, not to mention the Gambero Rosso’s coveted Three Glass award for the Barone Pizzini Franciacorta Brut Nature 2009.
Not too shabby…
