Organically farmed vineyards teem with life and they are home to myriad species of spontaneous edible plants.
Learning to identify them means enriching your pantry with healthy and tasty ingredients, rediscovering traditional dishes, and discovering new pleasures that our appellation has to offer.
During the Franciacorta Festival September 19-20, we will be offering guests the following:
– Stroll through the vineyard with an expert who will discuss the principal varieties of plants living in an organically farmed vineyard.
– Winery visit.
– Tasting of three Franciacorta wines paired with three tastes of dishes prepared with spontaneous edible plants.
