“The 2013 vintage, like the 2012, will be remembered as a challenging one for us Franciacorta producers,” writes Franciacorta Consortium Vice President Maddalena Bersi Serlini in a press release issued yesterday.
“But I can assure you that our passion, our commitment, and our perseverance have overcome the meteorological instability that we experienced during the spring and part of the summer. The grapes are in excellent condition and Franciacorta is expected to deliver an interesting vintage.”
